1. Operator

This website is operated by SynthPulse Inc., 609 Granville Street, Suite 800, Vancouver, BC V7Y 1G5, Canada (BN 391640258 BC0001). References to "we", "us" or "SynthPulse" mean SynthPulse Inc. "You" means the visitor or user of this website.

2. Services description

SynthPulse is a professional applied-AI studio and consultancy that designs, builds and supports generative-AI assistants, content generation systems, workflow automation, retrieval-augmented generation knowledge bases, model evaluation and monitoring for client organizations in Canada and elsewhere. Website content is informational marketing — not a software download portal, not accredited training and not an income opportunity. Binding services are delivered only under signed statements of work or master services agreements.

3. Brand definitions

".life" domain: The top-level domain is branding for SynthPulse and does not indicate life coaching, wellness, health monitoring or personal transformation services.

"Synth": Refers to synthesis and generative artificial intelligence — building language-model applications and automations — not music synthesizers or audio production products.

"Pulse": Refers to the live monitoring cadence and operational rhythm of AI systems we deploy — alerts, evals and dashboards — not heartbeat, ECG, fitness or medical vital-sign products.

Misreading these terms does not create entitlement to services we do not offer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Introduce malware, scraping bots or denial-of-service traffic.
• Misrepresent affiliation with SynthPulse Inc.
• Harvest personal information of other users.
• Use content to train competing models without permission.
• Submit unlawful, defamatory or harassing communications through our forms.

We may suspend access for violations.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, logos and layout are protected by copyright and trademark laws owned by or licensed to SynthPulse Inc. 7. AI systems disclaimer

SynthPulse provides generative-AI design, development and consulting services, including large language model applications, AI assistants, workflow automation, analytics, data engineering and monitoring for client organizations. AI and automated systems can produce errors, biased or inaccurate outputs and require human review and oversight; we design for humans-in-the-loop operation.

We do not guarantee specific business results, predictions, cost savings, revenue, accuracy or return on investment. Outcomes depend on data quality, project scope, budget, integration complexity and organizational adoption. Case studies, metrics or testimonials describe past or illustrative engagements — not promises of future performance.

We do not claim fully autonomous systems with zero errors, nor that AI will replace your team's judgment on consequential decisions. We are a professional AI services firm, not a course provider, passive-income scheme, crypto or trading advisory, medical device vendor or AGI research programme.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to third-party websites or describe integrations with external APIs. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. Enquiries and contracts

Contact form submissions and emails create no obligation for either party until a written agreement is executed. Project scope, fees in CAD, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing and warranties are defined only in signed contracts. Where website information conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for disputes relating to these Terms or website use, except where consumer protection rules require otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that closest reflects the original intent.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted on the homepage.

16. Entire agreement (website)

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy linked on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynthPulse Inc. regarding use of synthpulse.life, superseding prior oral or written understandings on that limited subject.
